Course outline
In this accelerated, one-day class you will learn
- Basic properties of T-spline surfaces.
- Multiple approaches for modeling with T-splines, including using an input of NURBS curves and surfaces, box modeling, and completely organic modeling.
- How to integrate T-splines with Rhino and NURBS in a production workflow.
Kyle will follow the newly created T-Splines training manual (available only at T-Splines training events) and also share tips and tricks from his own experience modeling with T-Splines. After the training, each participant will receive step-by-step .3dm files of each of the models below. At least three of these models will be completed at the training. Download training outline.
Assumptions
- It is not assumed that the participant has previous experience with T-Splines or subdivision surface modeling; however, since this is an accelerated course, any prior experience will be beneficial.
- It is assumed that the participant has basic understanding of Rhino (i.e. has completed Rhino Level 1 training)
Additional information
- Class size is limited to 10 participants.
- Educators, students, and T-Splines resellers may attend for half-price.
- Participants must bring their own laptop.
All participants will receive a training manual and step-by-step .3dm files of models completed in class.
