T-Splines 2.0 WIP 6 for Rhino is now available.
The aim of 2.0 is to introduce more polygon-style modeling commands inside of Rhino.
Reminder: this is NOT the latest commercial update of T-Splines version 1. (You can get that here: http://www.tsplines.com/rhino/plugin.php)
Don’t use this work-in-progress (WIP) for production. However, if you're interested in giving input into the next release of T-Splines, go ahead and install this (you will first need a full T-Splines license installed). There are still many known crashers in the WIP.
You can download the latest WIP here:

Here are the latest improvements:
- tsmWeld now works based on the document tolerance. It can weld verts from multiple shapes.
- An initial paint selection mode has been added. This can be enabled with a hotkey and a button on the editing toolbar.
- An initial smooth surface preview in mesh mode has been added. This can be turned on or off with the tab key, and disabled with -tsEditMode. This is much slower than it will be eventually, and doesn't integrate with grips or dragging grips well. Please be careful using this, as conversion errors will be more pronounced.
- tsEditMode now toggles the mesh editing mode, and has some basic scripting for mesh smooth preview and the mode itself.
- Added hotkeys for growing and shrinking selections.
- Double-clicking a face or edge grips does loop selection.
- Snapping with rotation was added (hold shift while rotating)
- Edge extrusion has been added
- Hotkeys now prevent you from assigning the same hotkey to two commands
- Added a new command, tsmAppend. This allows you to append faces to an existing T-Mesh. Note that the UI is not finished.
