Crash on load issues

Postby Adam Helps » Mon Mar 26, 2007 2:04 pm

It appears that some of these crashes may be an issue with a third-party library we are using. Most of the issues have only been showing up on international versions of Windows XP, however, so I'm a little surprised to see this in an English version.

If you'd like to help us work on resolving this issue, please contact our support line (support at tsplines dot com), and I'll get Tom to run through some diagnostics with you.

I just got another report today of Rhino crashing with T-Splines installed. We hadn't heard about this in a while, so please let us know if you're experiencing similar problems and we'll work with our 3rd party license provider to resolve it.
