We've done a 64-bit version of T-Splines before for Maya, so our backend is ready for the jump to 64-bit.

My understanding is that the 64-bit Rhino SDK is currently out of date with any v5 Beta. In other words, I think we have to wait for an updated Rhino 5 SDK before we could get anything working.

This is something we'd like to do, but McNeel has not released the necessary development kits yet.

Rhino 5 is not far enough along, and it is likely that many core components will still change. Because they don't want to deal with supporting plug-in developers every time they want to change something, they won't let us do any development for some time to come. We don't know how long; it depends on McNeel.

If past history is any indication, the development kit will be available several months before the release of Rhino 5, and plug-ins will likely become available about the same time that Rhino 5 is released.

I'm working now a lot with Rhino 5 64-bit and it saved my life on a recent project (ok, my computer has 24Gb of ram)... as I told Matt, I really hope to see TS working with it in the future...
