So contestants can get a better idea of who will be judging this year’s T-Spline Design Contest, we will be featuring a weekly blog article to introduce the judges from each category.
The first judges we will highlight are from the jewelry category.
 Travis Serio was selected as a judge this year because he was the 2010 T-Splines Design Contest first place overall winner. His design for a family crest ring was just as intricate as it was beautiful. You can see his winning design here. Travis has built his career around jewelry design and manufacturing. Travis worked for Rhudy’s Jewelry Manufacturing (RJM) as a jewelry product developer and manager. After 14 years at RJM he joined Gemvision, where he is currently a software developer. He also runs the Cad Cam Trav jewelry forum.

 Judging alongside Travis will be Kent West. Kent specializes as a jewelry designer and trainer. He is currently at Gemvision where he serves as the manager of technical support.
